The aim of the project: To strengthen the institutional capabilities of Gyvi Gali Public Enterprise, ensuring the financial independence, transparency and sustainability of the organization, creating and maintaining inter-institutional and international relations.

Planned activities to be implemented
1. Developing a fundraising strategy, testing various sources
The nature of the activity is defined in the regulations: development and/or improvement of strategies and/or systems for the organization of NGO activity.
We will consult with experts in this field and create a fundraising strategy. We will pay more attention to attracting support from individuals and increasing its regularity.
2. Development of the "Gyvi Gali" brand recognition strategy
The nature of the activity is defined in the regulations: development and/or improvement of strategies and/or systems for the organization of NGO activity.
We will consult with experts and create a brand recognition strategy for the organization. We may change the organization and campaign names.
3. Publicizing NGO activities, social business development
The nature of the activity is defined in the regulations: publicizing the activities of the NGO.
We will publish information on social networks (Facebook, Instagram) to the general public, promoting trust in V-Label.
4. Publicizing the activities of the NGO NORI GALI 22-day plant discovery program
The nature of the activity is defined in the regulations: publicizing the activities of the NGO.
In public communication, we will publish invitations to join the NORI GALI 22-day plant discovery program. We will publish at least 5 posts on social networks (Facebook, Instagram) about the opportunity to join the program.
5. Participation in international conferences
The regulations define the nature of activities: promotion of NGO international cooperation, international relations and organization of international activities (including representation of the interests of NGO members and public groups on an international scale.
Five employees of the organization will go on a business trip to the largest animal rights conference in Europe - CARE (https://www.careconf.eu/2024) in Warsaw. The conference will last 4 days, one of which will be dedicated to networking. We will organize remote meetings with NGOs from other countries to maintain the contacts established during the conference. The head of the organization will attend the AVA Summit, an animal rights conference in the United States, during which she will participate in at least two live meetings.
6. 2023 external audit
The regulations define the nature of the activity: implementation of initiatives aimed at ensuring financial transparency and/or sustainability of NGOs.
In order to ensure the financial sustainability and transparency of the organization, we want to carry out the 2023 financial audit.
7. Development of cooperation with state institutions
The nature of the activity is defined in the regulations: creation of cooperation mechanisms between NGOs and state (or municipal) institutions and/or bodies and/or submission of public policy proposals to the competent state (or municipal) institution(s) and/or body (s).
One of the main activities of our organization is the pursuit of institutional changes. With the help of an expert, we intend to meet with government representatives, submit proposals for public policy initiatives, and inform the public about the initiatives.
